Rich Hill allowed a BABIP of just .097 on high fastballs in the second half of the season, second best among SPs (League Avg: .280).

 

2. Can Verlander continue his clean starts?

Justin Verlander has not allowed a run in the first inning in any of his last 10 starts dating back to August 30th.

 

3. Pederson Power.

Joc Pederson had an OPS of .909 (188 PAs) versus starting pitchers this season, 14th best among part-time hitters (League Avg: .766).

 

4. Bellinger bombs righties.

Cody Bellinger had 27 HRs in 325 ABs (12.0 AB/HR) versus RHP this season, sixth best rate in MLB among full-time hitters (League Avg: 26.5). Bellinger hit another home run off RHP Collin McHugh in Game 5.

 

  1. Altuve loves the high ball.

Jose Altuve is slugging .574 (147 total bases in 256 ABs) on high fastballs since the start of 2016, eighth among full-time hitters (League Avg: .385).
